This first generation Izumi has 7 eyelashes (there is also another version with 4 eyelashes and bangs). She's wearing a dress made from a "My Favorite Doll Book" pattern.

This first generation Izumi replica was released in late 1999 as part of the Licca-chan trio replica (with Licca and Wataru). They are all wearing matching outfits, replicas of original 1st generation outfits, called "Tiger Look". The 3 dolls came with a CD ROM containing old TV Licca commercials. There was also a cheaper TRU exclusive version, with another outfit, and without the CD ROM. Many Japanese collectors were disappointed in this replica, which is less pretty than the original. In particular, her eyebrows are placed much higher.
