Apple White 2013 |
|
|
Apple White is part of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as the next Snow White, and she is a student at
Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side because she was groomed for her destiny,
worked for her destiny, is afraid of uncertainty, and wants the glory of a future as beloved queen. The fact
that specifically her antagonist, Raven Queen, is the one who ignited the Rebel movement and thereby
challenged destiny is not something she handles very well. She has vowed to bring Raven back around,
convinced that her frenemy is in the wrong. While not malicious, Apple's main flaw is her inability to empathize
with people whose destiny isn't as grand as hers, leading to callous words and intrusive actions that do little
to promote her cause. Nonetheless, not being the kind of person who gives up, Apple holds on to her vow,
convinced that what she fights for is to the benefit of all.
Apple is cheerful, friendly, and optimistic, but has a tendency to be self-centered. She believes everyone
must play their part, good or bad, and she actively works to convince the other students. Her role is to
be kind, generous, and every bit the beloved queen she will eventually become. On the inside, however,
she is burdened by a childhood fear of an unpredictable future and by the previous generations'
disapproval of a blonde Snow White. Though widely considered the fairest one of all, Apple is determined
to have people notice her leadership skills as well.
Apple has bright blue eyes and her mother's characteristic pale white skin and red lips, but lacks the
ebony hair and instead sports blonde curls. Though she needs to wear glasses, Apple usually doesn't.
She is the daughter of Snow White and her king. Her best friend is Briar Beauty, and she's also close
with Ashlynn Ella and Blondie Lockes. Apple shares a dorm room with Raven Queen through her own
request. She hopes that by getting to know her better, she can change her mind about her destiny.
She is beloved by nearly everyone, and is especially close to other Royals. In The Storybook of Legends,
Apple's pet is a snow fox named Gala.
She is destined to marry Daring Charming. She is only friends with him currently, though both of them
do indulge their fans with a small amount of couple behavior. When Blondie asked them about their
relationship, Apple replied, "This is high school, we've got forever after to be together."
Despite her destiny, there are enough boys at Ever After High with a crush on her and who flirt with
her. In "Apple's Tale: The Story of a Royal", Tiny and the Son of the Hero of Haarlem both expressed
a crush on her, with Tiny offering to carry her books. In "Raven's Tale: The Story of a Rebel", a boy
attempts to give her a flower, to which she reacts positively.

Ashlynn Ella - 2013 |
|
Ashlynn Ella is part of Cinderella as the next Cinderella, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the
destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side out of a general belief that destiny is the way to go. However,
she has been wavering towards the Rebel side ever since she fell in love with Hunter Huntsman, who won't
be part of her future if she follows her destiny. The two of them uniquely share an affinity for nature and
animals in particular, putting them at ease when they are together. An interest exclusively pursued by
Ashlynn is her love for shoes, which she inherited from her mother. She runs The Glass Slippershoe store
in the Village of Book End after school for this reason.
Ashlynn's interests are divided over three topics: shoes, nature, and Hunter Huntsman. She holds a job at
The Glass Slipper both to indulge her obsession and to enforce the humble, hard-working attitude her
mother instilled in her. Ashlynn enjoys long strolls in Enchanted Forest and getting her hands dirty with
earth and plant material, even if it is not befitting one of royal heritage. She has a unique ability to
communicate with animals, who help her out sometimes. She shares this interest with Hunter, whom she
dates despite not being allowed to, to the mixed feelings of the other students.
Ashlynn has long strawberry blonde hair pulled into a pumpkin-shaped bump and tied with a braid. She
has green eyes and peach skin.
Ashlynn is the daughter of Cinderella and her husband, a king. Her diary reveals that she has at least
one aunt whom she calls Auntie Step, likely one of the evil step-librarians. In "Ashlynn's Fashion Frolic",
it is revealed she has two evil step-sisters as well.
Ashlynn is easy-going and considerate, resulting in her having many friends and acquaintances both human
and animal. Nonetheless, she only considers herself to have a deep connection with Hunter, the first person
to truly share her interests in the outdoors.
Ashlynn Ella's pet is a phoenix named Sandella.
Ashlynn is dating Hunter Huntsman, despite knowing that this is not approved of and that they may be
endangering their stories. They once dated secretly, but after Duchess Swan found out, they revealed
themselves to the school. Ashlynn broke up with Hunter because of the peer pressure she was facing,
but eventually decided that he was more important than her status as a Royal.
|
Hunter Huntsman - 2013 |
|
Hunter Huntsman is part of both Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Little Red Riding Hood as the next
Huntsman, and he is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, he is on the Rebel side because he
refuses to hurt or kill animals. His allegiance also is motivated by his requited love for Ashlynn Ella, whom
destiny dictates to have a Happily Ever After without him. Hunter is the kind of boy who goes along with
others easily, but has problems finding connection on topics that deeply matter to him, like nature and animal
well-being. As the next Huntsman, he can be relied on to jump into action when he thinks someone needs help,
ripping off his shirt in one fell swoop. Or if it's about help of the "not-in-danger" variety that is needed,
Hunter has a knack for building whatever is needed out of even unlikely materials.
Hunter is a little boastful, easily annoyed and distracted. He is serious about his role as a hero, but not as
enthusiastic about his job description as a hunter. He cares deeply about nature and animals, and is even
a vegetarian.
Hunter has tan skin, hazel eyes, and brown hair. The right side of his head is shaven, while the hair on
the left side hangs just over his ear.
The Huntsman of both Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Little Red Riding Hood fame is Hunter's
father. He also has an ax-capable mother and a baby sister named Fern.
Hunter likes to hang out with Daring and Dexter Charming, but he only considers himself to have a true
connection with Ashlynn Ella.
The squirrel named Pesky is Hunter's pet. As his name suggests, Pesky makes a habit of agitating Hunter,
but is also unquestioningly loyal to him. In The Storybook of Legends, Pesky is not mentioned. When the
students summon animal companions, a griffin comes to Hunter.
Hunter is dating Ashlynn Ella, a princess, despite knowing that this is not approved of and that they may
be endangering their stories. They once dated secretly, but after Duchess Swan found out, they revealed
themselves to the school. Ashlynn briefly broke up with Hunter because of the peer pressure she was
facing, but eventually she realized that their relationship was important enough to fight for.

Blondie Lockes - 2013 |
|
Blondie Lockes is part of The Story of the Three Bears as the next Goldilocks, and she is a student at
Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side, because she wants to fit in with the royal
crowd and keep their respect. In general, this seems to work. Most royals treat her as one of their own,
even if they are annoyed by her insistent push into their group. Blondie is oblivious to this and continues
to think she has to prove herself to her friends. One of the ways she makes herself a big persona at Ever
After High is her MirrorCast news show, which even the teachers watch. Generally, Blondie makes sure
to bring her audience quality news, but her desire for a scoop can stretch her definition of quality. It
doesn't help that Blondie has a knack for getting locked doors to open up, which she views not so much
as trespassing as setting doors free to follow their destiny.
Blondie is very social and a little bubbly. She tends to be indecisive and nit-picky about small details due
to wanting everything to be "just right". She runs a school blog called Mirror Cast with her MirrorPad,
the Ever After High equivalent of a tablet. Fitting for her story, she goes crazy over porridge and has
the ability to unlock any door. Like her mom in her tale, she has notable lack of regard for other people's
personal items or space. Blondie also has a tendency to stretch the truth, whether it be for the sake of
gossip or to make herself look better. She claims to be of royal heritage, but her story isn't believed
by most who hear it.
Blondie has blonde hair - like her name states. Her hair is curly, and she has light skin and big blue eyes.
As the next Goldilocks, Blondie is easily befitting her description. She is never seen without an innocent
flair complete with her signature colors: blue and yellow.
She is the daughter of Goldilocks. Blondie often claims that her mother is a queen in a faraway land, but
this is not true. At most, Blondie is a mayor's daughter.
Both Briar Beauty and Apple White consider her as a close friend. She also spends a great deal of time
with Dexter Charming and Humphrey Dumpty, as they are the technical crew of her MirrorCast show.
In The Storybook of Legends, Blondie gets a baby bear whom she calls Grizz.
Blondie currently has no one, but is eager to meet her very own "Prince Charming".

Briar Beauty - 2013 |
|
Briar Beauty is a 2013-introduced and all-around character. She is part of Sleeping Beauty as the next Sleeping Beauty,
and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side out of a general belief that
destiny is the way to go, though she is not at all looking forward to the century-long sleep that awaits her in her story.
Since her life is to hit pause for a very long time, Briar tries to make the most of her life in the few years she has left
before her incarnation of the story commences. She is acquaintances with everyone and friends with many, as well as in
charge of the organization of many parties at school. But being the girl everyone has to know is only part of how Briar
makes her days matter; the other part is filled with whatever she hasn't done before, the more adrenaline-inducing
the better. Briar has no trouble managing all that with her education duties either but for one little detail: she cannot
prevent herself from falling asleep several times a day, regardless of time and place.
Briar knows she is going to be asleep for a hundred years, so until then, she lives life to the fullest. She enjoys doing
things spontaneously such as pulling stunts, and is known for throwing parties. She tends to spontaneously sleep in
random places at random times.
As the next Sleeping Beauty, also known as Briar Rose, Briar's big fashion motif are roses and thorns. She utilizes
their imagery as print, jewelry, and even hairstyle. Her colors of choice are pink and black, accentuated with silver
accessories. Briar has wavy brown hair with pink streaks running through it, light brown skin, and brown eyes.
Briar's parents are Sleeping Beauty and the prince. Briar has eight little brothers. In The Unfairest of Them All,
it is revealed that the Beauty of The Beauty and the Beast is Briar's aunt by means of being her mother's sister.
As such, Rosabella is Briar's cousin.
She is best friends with Apple White, going so far as to help her decorate the half of Apple's dorm room that
belongs to Raven Queen without taking any credit. She also lists Blondie Lockes as a best friend in her bio, and
is close to Ashlynn Ella, with whom she shares a dorm.
Briar gets her pet unicorn named Divacorn in The Storybook of Legends.
Aware of her story, Briar knows that her one true love will not show up for a hundred years, so dating is a
non-issue for her at the moment. Hopper Croakington II has let her know he likes her, but she is repelled by
his awkward come-ons.

C.A. Cupid - 2013 |
|
C.A. Cupid, full name Chariclo Arganthone Cupid, is not a part of a fairytale like most of her fellow
students at Ever After High, but is part of Ancient Greek mythology. In the destiny conflict, she is
on the Rebel side because she considers destiny to get in the way of the flow of love. Prior to her
arrival at Ever After High, she was home schooled and spent her first public school years at
Monster High. Because she was abandoned at her adoptive family's doorstep, she does not know
who her biological family is and is in search of her origins. As a supporter of love, Cupid does
everything within her power to bring people together. Though she is terrible at archery, she is
a pretty good talker and thus hosts a MirrorCast advice show to help others find love.
Cupid is kind and helpful in matters of love. While she's very much career-driven, she can be
distracted from her work when she is near her crush.
Cupid has long, wavy pink hair accentuated with white strands. She has pale skin, blue eyes, and
ivory feathered wings. She dresses in shades of pink, as well as white, black, and gold. Her choice
of apparel is Ancient Greek-based, but adjusted to incorporate more modern elements. Her overal
l look is finalized with heart, arrow, and feather symbols.
Cupid joined the world of Monster High in Late 2011 and was involved in a few stories up until
Early 2013. On December 19, 2012, as part of the new year events of Monster High, Cupid's entry
of the Boo Year's Eve Countdown Calendar was released. The entry's exact words are "I want to
continue to help others navigate the thrills and chills of love in 2013--not just at Monster High but
around the world. By branching out, I scream of learning more about myself! Where do you want
to go in 2013?" On April 23, 2013, this was followed up by an announcement of C.A. during
On the Air with C.A. Cupid that she would be "starting a new chapter in an enchanting place where
[she] can help others follow their true heart's desires. The radio show is going on break while
[she packs her] stuff and [gets ready for her] clawesome new adventure."
In Monster High, C.A. is an elemental, most likely a bone one. This is why she's white with
charred-looking hands and feet and ribcage wings. In Ever After High, C.A. has taken on a
human appearance. Her skin has become mono-colored and her wings are feathered. Her personality
has also undergone a change. She no longer does her work by radio and actively pursues her own
love story, even if at the cost of another's, while Cupid in Monster High took joy out of bringing
people together and had peace with the fact most boys were romantically intimidated by her.
C.A. Cupid was left on the doorstep of Eros's temple as a baby. Why her biological parents did
this, provided they were the ones to do it, and who they were is unknown. C.A. was adopted by Eros,
the god of love in Greek mythology, but better known by his Roman name, Cupid. He taught her the
family business and gave her wings. In her diary she mentions that she has step-siblings.
Cupid has no pet because she can't choose one. In The Storybook of Legends however, when
the students must call an animal companion to them, a Pegasus named Philia comes to Cupid.
Cupid has a big crush on Dexter Charming, but he is unaware. Even though it saddens her, she helps
him express his feelings for Raven Queen.
|
Cerise Hood - 2013 |
|
Cerise Hood is part of Little Red Riding Hood as the next Red Riding Hood, and she is a student at
Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Rebel side because she has no choice. Everyone knows
that Cerise is the daughter of Red, but few know she is also the daughter of the Wolf. She is a person who
by the rules of destiny should not have been born, and so she seeks to change that for both her own sake
and her parents'. Being part wolf, Cerise is an excellent athlete, if not the best at Ever After High. Of
course, she can't let anyone know until the world is no longer hostile towards her existence. This frustrates
Cerise greatly on a daily basis, as does the fact she is forced to wear her hood constantly to conceal her
wolf ears.
Cerise seems to be on good terms with most of the students, but she's nonetheless a reserved individual.
She's prone to wolf-like tendencies and outbreaks, which is a huge inconvenience as she's trying to hide
her heritage. She is cautious about her secret and makes sure she keeps her wolf heritage out of public
knowledge. It's possible that if she didn't have to worry about her secret that she'd be more involved
with her classmates, as she once expressed a desire to participate in planning school dances.
Cerise has long, dark brown hair with several white streaks, predominantly on the left side, peach skin,
and slate grey eyes. Her makeup and outfits consist of darker colors along with red. She is never without
her mother's famous red hood, which hides her wolf ears.
Cerise is both the daughter of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, and therefore is a child who
should not be. Though Cerise had a warm and loving childhood in their care, now that she is preparing to
take over from her mother, her heritage is catching up with her.
Raven Queen is a friend of Cerise and one of the few who knows of Cerise's father. Daring Charming is
familiar enough to greet her by name, and Cedar Wood is her roommate who doesn't know of her secret,
and seems to manage to get along with her. She also considers Madeline Hatter a close friend.
Cerise owns a pet direwolf named Carmine.
Cerise notes that she's "always been drawn to the leader of the pack," suggesting she has a thing for
Daring Charming.
|
Madeline Hatter - 2013 |
|
Madeline Hatter, referred to as Maddie by her friends, is part of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as the next
Mad Hatter, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Rebel side out of a general
belief that people should be free to choose, though she herself is eager to follow in her father's footsteps. In fact,
she spends a good portion of her free time working at the Mad Hatter's Tea Shoppe in the Village of Book End, which
is owned by her father. Madeline loves every minute of it, from gathering ingredients, to brewing, to brightening up
someone's day over a warm cup of tea. As all Wonderlandians, she has access to Wonderlandian magic, although it is
more accurate to say that Wonderlandian magic has access to her, because she doesn't have control over her powers.
The most significant way Wonderlandian magic manifests in her is that she sometimes has visions of other times and
other places.
Madeline is bright, energetic, and extremely friendly. Generally, she interprets things more positive than they are,
the one exception being when people are explicitly arguing. Madeline is also extremely fond of tea and keeps an entire
tea set, including her tea buddy and pet Earl Grey, in her hat to be ready for tea time wherever she goes. She has
many reality and 4th wall shattering perks, such as being able to hear the Narrators and read people's thoughts,
even claiming she's able to foresee the future - though people rarely take her seriously on either of those topics.
Madeline's hair is curly and comes in three colors: dark turquoise, mint green, and dark magenta. She has bright
blue eyes and light skin, and is a little shorter than most of her classmates. Her main fashion motif is tea; most of
her outfits incorporate tea set-inspired details. As the future Mad Hatter, Maddie also rarely goes around without
a hat. In addition to her hair's colors, her clothes of choice feature yellow, black, and blue. Combined with a vast
array of nonsynchronized patterns, her average look is a busy one, befitting her energetic personality.
Madeline Hatter is the daughter of the Mad Hatter.
Maddie is very friendly, and while her best friends are Cedar Wood and Raven Queen, her personality makes
way for her to find the good in everyone.
Though not necessarily friends, Madeline is on decent terms with the narrators, who will stop fighting if she
tells them to. As well, Madeline is the one of two that are aware of their existence, being uniquely able to hear
and talk to them, the other being Kitty Cheshire.
Madeline owns a dormouse named Earl Grey.
Madeline is not currently romantically involved with anyone, but she keeps an eye open for a boy who's just as
mad for tea as she is.
|
Raven Queen - 2013 |
|
Raven Queen is part of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as the next Evil Queen, and she is a student at Ever After
High. In the destiny conflict, she is on Rebel side. In fact, she technically is the founder of the Rebel movement, because
it was her rejection of her destiny that inspired others. She dislikes this situation, because it makes the other students,
Rebels and uncertain Royals alike, come to her for guidance, which she cannot provide. Raven is not "evil" by any stretch
of the definition and so playing the role of villain does not sit well with her. Nor does she enjoy the prospect of the
punishment that she, as villain, is destined to. Resolving only her own problem already takes a lot of her energy and as
such she cannot help others make their own personal decisions.
Contrary to popular belief at Ever After High, Raven Queen is not evil or even so much as mean. She is kind and
considerate with a sarcastic side born from frustration over her unjust reputation. When people try to socialize with
her, she is skeptic about their intentions, but not so much that it limits her ability to make new friends.
Raven is not the first student to dislike where her story is taking her, but she is the only one in her class to take
actions towards free will: starting with the small step of pursuing her love of muse-ic, a subject usually reserved for
good princesses.
Raven Queen has pale skin, violet eyes, and slightly wavy hair in the colors black, purple, and maroon. Despite not
being evil, Raven does love the fashion prescribed by her dark destiny. She accessorizes with lots of silver and
other grey metals against a backdrop of purple and black fabric. Spikes and chains are a regular appearance in
her fashion choices, as are feathers and dragon-style scales.
Raven Queen is the daughter of the Evil Queen. According to "Raven Queen's Story", the two have a strained
relationship. The Evil Queen is currently locked up in mirror prison and often speaks badly about Raven's father,
the Good King, whom she considers spineless and pathetic. This angers Raven, as she has a good relationship
with her father.
Raven is best friends with Madeline Hatter, who originally was going to be her roommate until Apple White
requested that she be roommates with Raven instead. Apple and Raven are not friends, although they attempt
to be on friendly terms at least. Raven is also close friends with Cedar Wood and Cerise Hood.
As a child, Raven had a puppy named Prince. During Legacy Year, Raven acquires a dragon named Nevermore.
Raven's priority in life is where her story is and should be going, which leaves no energy to spend on dating.
Dexter Charming likes her, but she is oblivious to this...until she receives a love poem from him on True Hearts
Day. She thinks highly of him and appears to be developing romantic feelings for him.
|
Cedar Wood - 2014 |
|
Cedar Wood is a part ofThe Adventures of Pinocchio as the next Pinocchio, and she is a student at Ever After
High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Rebel side out of a general belief that people should be free to choose,
though she herself is eager to follow in her father's footsteps and become a regular girl. As the next Pinocchio,
one might expect Cedar to be an experienced liar, but the opposite is true. At a young age, her father had a
Truth spell cast on her, which prevents her not only from lying but also makes her prone to share truths without
actual provocation. The spell won't wear off until her incarnation of the story commences. Her friends understand
her predicament and don't hold it against her, but they are careful about sharing secrets with her. In return,
Cedar doesn't blame them for their hesitance and goes the extra mile to take responsibility for her flaw and
protect any secrets she does come across.
Cedar is shy and a bit talkative. She is also excitable and can work herself up into a frenzy when she's worried
about something. She currently only tells the truth, but she expects to learn to lie eventually, although this makes
her confused about her destiny.
Cedar has dark brown, wavy hair with purple strands, medium brown skin, and hazel eyes. As for her outfits,
Cedar usually wears something artistic, bold and appealing. As such, she uses the colors yellow, purple and
various shades of pink for effect.
Cedar is the daughter of Pinocchio. Her other relatives include grandfather Gepetto and uncle Elmor.
Cedar has a wooden cuckoo bird named Clockwork.
|
Dexter Charming - 2014 |
|
Dexter Charming, fully named Dexterous Charming, is part of a fairytale yet to be revealed, since many
stories are in need of a Prince Charming, and he is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict,
he is on the Royal side because of family loyalty and expectations. Dexter is the younger brother of
Daring Charming, another Royal, and older twin brother of Darling Charming, a Rebel. Somewhat ironically,
Dexter is jealous of his brother's ability to impress any girl, unaware that he himself possesses an enchanted
gaze that makes girls swoon. The effect is broken when his gaze is not immediate, like when he wears his
glasses. Having a knack for technology, Dexter is often asked to help his fellow students when their
MirrorPad or other gadget stops working.
Dexter is shy and tentative. He is friendly, but unlike his brother, he is not very suave or charismatic.
This becomes even more pronounced when he talks to Raven Queen, whom he has a crush on, one on one.
Dexter has brown hair and baby blue eyes. He wears a small gold crown and glasses.
He is the son of King Charming and Queen Charming and brother of Daring and Darling. According to
The Storybook of Legends, he is nine months younger than Daring, while The Unfairest of Them All notes
that he is the older twin brother of Darling. While he and Daring can have a good time in each other's
company, their relation is burdened by their father favoring Daring. Dexter gets along better with Darling,
not just because she is his twin, but because they both have doubts about the destinies laid out for them
and only trust each other to share these doubts with. According to the Ever After High books, Dexter
has numerous cousins and each set uses the same first letter in their names. The cousins are Bountiful,
Breathtaking, and Beloved, Charity, Courageous, Cherished, and Caring, Elegant and Errant, Fragile,
Fearless and Fairest, and Good-Enough, Gallant, Glorious, Gutsy, Gracious, and Gorgeous. His
grandparents are Alluring and Auspicious Charming.
Dexter often hangs out with the other Royals, in particular his brother and Blondie Lockes. He helps
the latter with the technical parts of her MirrorCast show and sometimes acts as cameraman. His fellow
crewmember on her show is Humphrey Dumpty, with whom Dexter also worked with to run the voting
site for Thronecoming. He does not have particular interaction with any Rebels except for Hunter
Huntsman, who is his roommate and also has fallen in love outside of his story, Raven Queen, who he
has a crush on and usually talks to her for supportive advice, and C.A. Cupid, who's always there to
help him and vice versa.
Dexter's pet is a jackalope who goes by the name Mr. Cottonhorn.
Dexter has a crush on Raven Queen, but has trouble expressing himself, in part because he isn't
supposed to like her that much. She has only recently become aware of his crush on her, which she
responded positively to. As of yet, though, the two haven't been able to talk it over. C.A. Cupid has a
crush on Dexter, but he is unaware of that. He sees her as a precious friend.

Holly O'Hair - 2014 |
|
Holly O'Hair is part of Rapunzel as the next Rapunzel, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the
destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side because she wants her destiny. Or rather, because she wants
her sister's destiny. Holly is the younger twin sister of Poppy, but for years she was mistaken for the
older one. As such, she has been raised thinking that to be Rapunzel was her destiny and from a young
age she embraced that eagerly. Now that it has come out within the O'Hair family that Poppy is actually
the older one, she and Poppy have agreed to keep this reality a secret from everyone else, because
Holly wants to be Rapunzel and Poppy, who is a Rebel, doesn't. Holly is a big royalty enthusiast and knows
all the stories of her fellow Royals by head, even going so far as writing fanfiction about them. She also
writes fanfiction about her sister, trying to provide her with a fairytale of her own since she gave up on
being Rapunzel. In general, Holly is well-liked, but she occasionally disturbs others because she speaks
before she thinks.
Being daughter of Rapunzel, she is already used to letting others use her hair for tower escapes and
she seems happy to help. She enjoys reading and often tells her sister Poppy stories. As she says in
Damsel-in-Distressing class in The Storybook of Legends, an active imagination is every princess's
friend. This is a pastime she will rely heavily on in her own fairy tale.
Holly has long strawberry blonde hair with a braid on the side.
Holly is the daughter of Rapunzel and her successor. Poppy O'Hair is her twin sister. She is slightly
younger than her, although that has recently come to be doubted. In "O'Hair's Split Ends", Poppy
finds out that Holly is the younger sister. Nanny Nonna is their grandmother.
Besides her sister Poppy, Holly often relies on the help of Blondie to ensure that she's not locked
behind any doors.
It is likely Holly has a lion cub as a pet.
Holly has a secret crush on Daring Charming. She fears others, Apple in particular, finding out.
|
Poppy O'Hair - 2014 |
|
Poppy O'Hair is a 2013-introduced and all-around character. She is the daughter of Rapunzel from
Rapunzel but she has no destiny because it is her twin sister Holly who will be the next Rapunzel. Poppy is
okay with this, because she doesn't want to be tied down by a destiny. Technically, it is Poppy to whom
the Rapunzel destiny belongs to, because she is the older twin. However, for years the reverse was
thought to be true and Poppy, while missing purpose in her life, likes the freedom of not having a destiny.
Poppy and Holly have agreed to keep the switch a secret so they can each get what they want. Holly
arranged for Poppy to attend Ever After High despite her lack of a destiny, making her a Rebel by default
in the destiny conflict. Previously, Poppy studied to be a hair specialist and still has a job at the Tower
Salon in the Village of Book End.
Poppy loves taking care of hair and has a reputation as the best stylist in town. As described by her sister,
she enjoys taking "short cuts". Even so, she is a free-thinker who is very innovative.
Poppy's naturally strawberry blonde hair is cut short and dyed purple. Holly is into purple and pink and her
accessories take that shape of hair care products, most often scissors, and braids. Having no status as a
fairytale princess and not being interested in it either, Poppy's favors simple clothes that do not draw
attention and leaves the royal-style jewelry like tiaras to Holly.
Poppy is one of Rapunzel's daughters. Her twin sister, Holly O'Hair, will become the next Rapunzel
because it was thought that she was born first. It is known these days within the O'Hair household that
Poppy is actually the older twin, but since no one else knows and the twins are happy with their respective
paths, the truth is kept secret. Nanny Nonna is the twins' grandmother.
The O'Hair twins share a close bond with each other. Aside from Holly, Poppy also is close with Ashlynn,
who she hangs out after-hours with their jobs in Book End.
Poppy has a monkey as pet. Though not confirmed, there is a trademark for a pet named Barber, which
thematically fits association with Poppy.
Sparrow Hood has caught Poppy's eye, but she does wish he'd be less arrogant.
|
Lizzie Hearts - 2014 |
|
Lizzie Hearts is part of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as the next Queen of Hearts, and she is a student at Ever After
High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side because of years of family dedication, practice, and belief of destiny
in general. Despite her dreams of becoming part of Wonderland's future monarch, Lizzie has aspirations on becoming a
kinder Queen of Hearts, however she has trouble expressing that to her friends for it is easier said than done. She goes
a tad bit overboard as she follows up (and memorizes) her mother's daily deck of instructions and using her mother's
signature quote very often, but acknowledges that the people of Ever After take her exclamations far too literally. Because
of that, Lizzie values genuine friendship, mostly from her Wonderlandian friends Madeline and Kitty. She is described to
act aloof and defensive to those who don't know her personally in practice of her role as future Queen of Wonderland.
Like her mother, Lizzie often condemns people and objects to decapitation, but she is really a sweetheart. Her
Wonderlandian exclamations are often misunderstood by the citizens of Ever After. Although she loves and accepts her
fate, Lizzie plans to be a kinder and quieter Queen of Hearts. After a while though, Lizzie's perspective on Ever After
has changed slightly and loosened up (who initially believed that Ever After is far too "ordinary" to be understood),
probably due to her new companionship with fellow Royals Briar Beauty - who has explained to her about ruling her
way, and Daring Charming - who may be one of the few who understand her.
Lizzie has black and red hair that is partially tied into a heart shaped bump. She has white skin and teal eyes, and one
is covered with a red heart she paints on herself. As the next Queen of Hearts, Lizzie's outfits are frequently seen
with very bold yet simple colors, such as red, black and yellow.
Her mother is the Queen of Hearts.
She often hangs out with Kitty Cheshire and also considers fellow Wonderlandian Madeline Hatter a close friend. In
"Lizzie Shuffles the Deck", Briar Beauty appears to be understanding and supportive of Lizzie. She also considers
Apple White, and Blondie Lockes her true friends. She is also close with Alistair Wonderland and Bunny Blanc.
Lizzie has a pet hedgehog called Shuffle.
Revealed in "Lizzie Heart's Fairytale First Date", she and Daring are secretly dating, but this has recently come to
doubt as Lizzie would rather focus on romance once she returns to Wonderland.

Duchess Swan - 2014 |
|
Duchess Swan
Duchess Swan is a 2013-introduced and an all-around character. She is part of Swan Lake as the next Odette,
and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side, even though she does
not like her destiny. Because there is no Happily Ever After in her destiny, Duchess is a bitter person who'll go
to great lengths to punish people who do have a Happily Ever After and don't commit themselves to it. She also
occasionally tries to forcefully switch her destiny with another princess's, but so far she has not succeeded in
changing her fate.
Duchess, like Briar, is a Royal with doubts. Her story has a tragic ending, which makes her bitter and envious of
those with happy endings. Though any princess can become the target of her frustration, Apple White is whom
she regards as her main opponent, either because Apple has the best Happily Ever After, or because she is
destined to share it with Daring Charming, whom Duchess has a big crush on. She also looks down on Raven Queen,
who is perhaps the only princess with a fate as bad as hers, and she is furious about Ashlynn Ella getting the best
of both worlds.
She is vindictive and spiteful about her ending, and willing to risk any chance at companionship with her fellow
students to get a better one. She appears to think that if she is able to get one of them to give up or lose their
Happily Ever After, she can take the ending for herself.
Duchess has light olive skin, brown eyes, and long black hair, streaked with white and mauve. She wears dark
eyeshadow and red lipstick. She has inherited her mother's ability to turn into a swan, but she has black plumage.
Duchess is the daughter of Odette, the Swan Queen.
Duchess doesn't have many friends due to her hostility. She considers fellow Royal Faybelle Thorn as her best
and closest friend, while Sparrow Hood seems to be more of an accomplice when she's up to some mischief.
Outside of that Duchess only mingles with fellow royalty.
Duchess's swan, Pirouette, wakes her (and her roommate Lizzie Hearts) up every morning.
Duchess has a huge crush on Daring Charming, but the feeling is not mutual. Because of this, Daring's aloof
nature often causes her distress.

Kitty Cheshire - 2014 |
|
Kitty Cheshire
Kitty Cheshire is a 2013-introduced and all-around character. She's the daughter of the Cheshire Cat,
the character from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. In the destiny conflict, Kitty is on the Rebel side
because she doesn't want to listen to the rules. However the only reason why Kitty would want to follow
her destiny is most presumably because of her dream to make her mother proud and to be like her one
day - a beautiful, smart master of all things chaotic. Kitty herself would rather keep her affiliation of
anything to do with Royal/Rebel sides a secret to just keep everyone guessing.
Like her mother, Kitty has a penchant for mischief. But she's usually smiling, even when she's annoyed.
Having the same 4th wall perks as Madeline Hatter, she too has the ability to hear the Narrators, but
she does tend to ignore their dialogue just to get at them. Additionally, Kitty is an avid knitter as she
loves yarn. As much as she loves pulling pranks on others, Kitty is extremely loyal to the bone, especially
after what happened to Alistair Wonderland and Bunny Blanc - two of her Wonderlandian friends who
were trapped in Wonderland. Believing that it was her mistake for leaving them there, Kitty has sworn
to watch out for her friends ever since.
Kitty has lavender hair pulled into curly twintails, sleek blue eyes with cat-like pupils and fair skin. She
wears maroon lipstick and has pointy blue nails.
Her mother is the Cheshire Cat.
Kitty considers fellow Royal Lizzie Hearts her best friend and as close as a sister. Madeline Hatter is
her roommate and also a fellow Wonderlandian, so she likely gets along with her too. She is also good
friends with Alistar Wonderland and Bunny Blanc, and has expressed her regret that they were left behind
in Wonderland, while the others escaped to Ever After High.
Kitty has a pet caterpillar named Carrolloo and a few cats.

Ginger Breadhouse - 2014 |
|
Ginger Breadhouse is a 2014-introduced and all-around character. She is part of Hansel and Gretel as the next witch who cooks the children, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, Ginger is on the Rebel side because as much as she does love to cook and bake, Ginger is not fond of others reminding her that her mother's alluring treats nearly got Hansel and Gretel cooked - Ginger is cooking solely because of her love for it and even hosts her own cooking show named Spells Kitchen.
Ginger is a shy girl who doesn't like her destiny very much and would rather be a pastry chef with her own cooking show as she loves baking and sharing her treats with others, to the point where refusing to try them will hurt her feelings. She is sweet-natured and forgiving, bearing no ill will to those who wrong her.
Ginger has long hot pink hair in two low pigtails, light brown skin and purple eyes.
Ginger's mother is the witch from Hansel and Gretel, on her own known as the Candy Witch.
Friends
Raven Queen is friendly towards her due to having a similar background (her mother). She also considers Cerise Hood her BFFA. Faybelle Thorn and Ginger have been close since childhood, but due to the tension between their fairytale parents, they were driven apart because of Faybelle's found overconfidence in herself. Still, Faybelle often talks with Ginger but she leaves a snide impression.
Jelly is Ginger's gummy candy fish. She accidentally created it during Science and Sorcery while trying to get extra credit.
She has a crush on Hopper Croakington II. |
Darling Charming - 2015 |
|
Darling Charming is a 2013 introduced character. She is part of a fairytale yet to be revealed, since many stories are in need of a Princess Charming, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Rebel side because she wants to go on adventures instead of being rescued. Darling is the younger sister of Daring Charming and the younger twin sister of Dexter Charming, both of whom are Royals.
Darling is coy and charming, true to her family name. When she flips her hair and smiles demurely, it is so stunning that it slows down time. Darling has an incredible sense of adventure and action - she would much rather live the life of a daring hero than as a dainty princess. She hides herself in a suit of armor so that what is highly expected of her won't tarnish. However despite her reputation, Darling is far from a damsel-in-distress. Deep down, Darling has an unwavering will and won't be afraid to step in a situation and offer her help.
Darling has long and wavy platinum blonde hair with blue streaks tied back in a small bump, which she tamed to cascade down her back in curls. Like her brothers, Darling has blue eyes. In The Unfairest of Them All, she wears a pale blue and purple dress with black lace. She also has a beauty mark under her right eye.
Darling is the only daughter of King Charming and Queen Charming. Daring and Dexter are her older brothers; the former by nine months, the latter by a few seconds, as she and Dexter are twins. She gets along better with Dexter, not just because he is her twin, but because they both have doubts about the destinies laid out for them and only trust each other to share these doubts with.
According to the Ever After High books, Darling has numerous cousins and each set uses the same first letter in their names. The cousins are Bountiful, Breathtaking, and Beloved, Charity, Courageous, Cherished, and Caring, Elegant and Errant, Fragile, Fearless and Fairest, and Good-Enough, Gallant, Glorious, Gutsy, Gracious, and Gorgeous. Her grandparents are Alluring and Auspicious Charming.
Darling is commonly seen with other princesses, however sees Raven and Rosabella as her best friends because they both are resilient and strong-willed people at heart. She is also close with her brother Dexter.
More often than not, the majority of male students at Ever After High completely fawn over at even the sight of Darling and constantly try confessing their love to her, albeit being politely turned down by her in the process, since Darling knows all too well that their confessions are just to grab attention and are fake deep down.
Darling has a horse named Sir Gallopad. He has the ability to camouflage at will. |
Rosabella Beauty - 2015 |
|
Rosabella Beauty is a 2014 character. She is part of The Beauty and the Beast as the next Beauty, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she's a Rebel because she believes that her destiny is not as important as helping others. For example, helping beasts and fighting for equality. In fact, Rosabella is more than willing to give up her Happily Ever After for her own personal beliefs.
Rosabella has a side fringe with wavy red-streaked brown hair, which is tied half up and half down. She has peach skin, dusty orange eyes and she wears glasses.
Her mother is the Beauty from The Beauty and the Beast, who herself is the sister of Sleeping Beauty. Therefore, Briar Beauty is Rosabella's cousin.
Darling Charming considers Rosabella a close friend. In Rosabella's profile, it states that she is best friends with her cousin Briar and Cerise Hood. In her diary, she appears to get along with Farrah Goodfairy, Cedar Wood, and Apple White, as they supported her cause and did what they could to help her.
Although she is still unsure of who it is at this time around, Rosabella is hyped to meet her prince for her story.
Rosabella has a pet butterfly named Adelita. |
Faybelle Thorn - 2015 |
|
Faybelle Thorn is a 2014 introduced and all-around character. She is part of Sleeping Beauty as the next Dark Fairy, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side out of family honor. Even as a child, Faybelle has always loved cheerhexing. However her mother constantly warns her that if cheerhexing happens to overtake her destiny, she will put a stop to it. Faybelle is not prepared for such and loves both her destiny and cheerhexing a fair amount. When the Evil Queen went on her rampage, she stole the role of Faybelle's mother and cursed Sleeping Beauty herself. Faybelle wants to return the role to her family and due to their family histories, she holds disdain for Raven Queen.
Faybelle Thorn is a cheery girl who is looking forward towards her role as villain and is extremely competitive. She is distrustful of Raven Queen because of this, as it was the Evil Queen who stole the role of the villain in Sleeping Beauty from Faybelle's mother. Faybelle can tend to act snide, sassy, unkind or sarcastic when she's around most people, or the people she doesn't share much empathy with and will go great lengths in order for things to go her way, especially if people exclude her or do not invite her to parties.
Faybelle regularly wears a cheerleading outfit. She has platinum blonde hair with a teal streak on her left side, which she prefers to wear in a high ponytail. She has a marking around her right eye. Her eyes are periwinkle gray and she has grayish skin and small crystalline fairy wings.
Her mother is the Dark Fairy from Sleeping Beauty.
She considers Duchess Swan as her best friend. Faybelle hangs around Ginger Breadhouse a lot due to the fact that they were friends since childhood. Both their mothers were boastful of them and Faybelle herself was caught up with being better than Ginger. At this time, she often acts hostile at Ginger if she has beliefs that she isn't properly following her destiny. Faybelle also considers Briar Beauty a best frenemy and enjoys her company, as she's quite willing to follow her advice.
She is roommates with Bunny Blanc. |
Bunny Blanc - 2015 |
|
Bunny Blanc is a 2015 introduced character. She is part of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as the next White Rabbit, and she is currently a student at Ever After High. She was stuck inWonderland before her subsequent trip to Ever After, where she is currently staying with Alistair and the rest of the Wonderlandians. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side because of her general belief in following her path in life. She takes great delight in starting the entire Wonderland tale by taking after her father. However unlike all of the White Rabbits before her, she somehow manages to be on time wherever she has to go, whenever. Bunny herself believes this is just sheer luck occurring on countless occasions, considering that her luck also brought her to Ever After. As well as being new to Ever After, she and Alistair find out that they are unable to go back to Wonderland. Therefore, the pair enroll in Ever After High where Bunny is now a member of several clubs.
Bunny is somewhat timid, though she's quite intelligent. She is often nervous when it comes to solving problems, so she's dependent on her friends for that. Bunny's rather mature, patient and unassertive towards others and is frequently on-time wherever she goes, regardless if she's lost her way. Because of that, she's described to be never stressed and quite cool-headed.
Bunny has the ability to transform into a bunny at will. In her human form, Bunny has pink skin and white bunny ears as well as shoulder-length white hair and a fringe. In her bunny form, she has big green eyes and a pink nose, with white fur.
Her father is the White Rabbit.
She is close with all Wonderlandians but is closest to Alistair Wonderland and Lizzie Hearts.
Bunny's an introvert when it comes to her feelings for Alistair at most times, but she frowns when he talks to other girls. She feels he only sees her as just a friend, even though he actually reciprocates the feelings as well. |
Alastair Wonderland - 2015 |
|
Alistair Wonderland is a 2015 introduced character. He is part of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as the next Alice, and he is currently a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, he is on the Royal side for the sake of his future adventures and riddles as the next Alice. Already disappointed by Wonderland's closure, Alistair is determined to ensure that his pursue of his destiny is safe at Ever After High, where he can learn and take in more experience of the curious world around him.
Alistair loves a good riddle and is very witty. Sometimes he can get a bit overconfident with himself, calling himself a 'riddle master', but is selfless, brave and well-rounded in character either way. Like all of the other Wonderlandians, Alistair shows that he misses Wonderland a great amount. As such, he has a tendency to get haunting flashbacks about when he faced the Evil Queen and stayed back with Bunny.
Alistair has quail-brown hair, baby blue eyes, bangs and peach skin.
His mother is the titular Alice from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
Alistair and Bunny Blanc appear to be closely acquainted. He's also close with all the students from Wonderland.
